family roots
our inspiration
The Pantry's delicious made-from-scratch meals, soups, deli items, and pastries are a tempting assortment, with inspirations from all over. Our recipes and ideas are often inspired from our own families, travels, books, and many are developed at home in our own kitchen. From traditional favorites such as meatloaf and chicken pot pie, we take the essentials of each dish, use fresh ingredients and hard work to elevate them to their very best. We strive to offer you a unique menu to choose from that you won’t find anywhere else.

A Warm Welcome
Nonna's opened its doors in 2013 as Nonna’s Cafe, owned by Ron and Jean Cook in the original Pantry location. With a lot of hard work and a sincere, face-to-face approach to connecting with each customer, Nonna's became a special place where each customer could feel at home, often known by name, and served high-quality, homemade food.
-
Twice the Fun
As the business grew, Nonna’s split into the Trattoria and the Pantry in 2016. The Pantry remained in the original location and the Trattoria opened in the building across the street.
-
Common Ground
In 2018, Jeana Selent Moreno bought the Pantry from Ron and Jean Cook, maintaining a special “sister” relationship with the Trattoria even as each business expanded independently. As a longtime manager and cook for the Cafe, and a former restaurant owner herself, Jeana brought years of expertise and passion to the Pantry.
-
Made to Last
The Pantry has continued to grow as a community staple providing a warm and unique environment that nurtures many long-time customers and welcomes new friends, six days a week.

Growing
The Pantry is expanding to acquire much needed kitchen space in a collaboration with White Barn Floral of Ada. Together with White Barn we’ve opened a sister location at 850 Forest Hill Ave. We’ll have many of our same delicious treats, meals and coffee in Forest Hills with the addition of beautiful flowers, mobile ordering and expanded catering opportunities. With that growth, our use of the name Nonna has expired. This was unexpected but is an opportunity to form our own separate identity as The Pantry as we grow into the future. Simply being called The Pantry best describes who we are and how we want to serve you. We have all the delicious food and coffee you’d want to find in your own pantry without all of the work.
